Delete your Sehatora account
You can delete your Sehatora account and the information in it at any time, from the app or by email. Deleting is permanent and can't be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the Sehatora app (or sehatora.com) and log in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm with your password.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
If you can't sign in
Email hello@sehatora.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile: name, email, phone number, CNIC, date of birth and other profile details.
- The prescriptions you added, and their photos and files.
- Your lab records, and their files.
- Your medicine schedule, dose history (taken and skipped) and reminder settings.
What is kept, and for how long
- Prescriptions a doctor wrote for you stay in that doctor's records, because they are part of the doctor's medical record. They are no longer linked to your account.
- Error reports and usage data are linked only to an account number, never your name or health information, and are deleted automatically within 90 days.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
You can also delete a single prescription or lab record in the app without deleting your account.
